Lightweight Polysorb polyurethane foam provides heel cupping for a better fit and contoured arch support. To use the Spenco Polysorb Walker Runner Insole, simply remove the original insole from your shoe and use it as a guide to trace and trim the replacement insole before inserting it into your shoe.
