Shipping Options
Total Sports Australia offers several carrier options at checkout. Customers can choose the carrier and service that best suits their needs. Available options may include Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and Same-Day Express Shipping (depending on your location and order type).
Please note:
- The cut-off time for Express and Same-Day Express Shipping is 12:00 PM (Noon).
- Orders placed with Express or Same-Day Express Shipping will be dispatched on a priority basis.
- Delivery timeframes for all shipping methods — including Express and Same-Day Express — depend on the carrier’s transport and operational schedules.
- While we prioritise prompt dispatch, delivery times are beyond our control once the parcel is handed over to the courier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the value, weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order.
Standard shipping rates apply to all online orders. Additional freight or handling charges may apply for:
- Regional or remote areas
- Oversized or bulky items
- Large or bulk quantity orders
Oversized or Bulky Items
For items classified as oversized or bulky, a default shipping cost or store pickup option applies depending on the item’s weight and dimensions.
Customers purchasing oversized or bulk items are encouraged to email their order details to
sales@totalsportsaustralia.com.au for the best available shipping quote or to arrange store pickup.
Domestic Shipping (NSW & Local Orders)
- Standard Shipping: From $6.50 (depends on postcode; Terms & Conditions apply)
- Dispatch Timeframe: 1–3 business days
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days (T&C Applied)
- Additional charges may apply for oversized or bulky items.
Interstate Shipping
- Standard Interstate Shipping: From $10.99 (depends on postcode; Terms & Conditions apply)
- Dispatch Timeframe: 1–3 business days
- Estimated Delivery Time: 4–6 business days (T&C Applied)
- Additional charges may apply for oversized or bulky items.
Express Shipping
- Dispatch: Same-day or next business day (subject to 12:00 PM cut-off time)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days (T&C Applied)
Important Notes:
- Express Shipping excludes oversized, bulky, or bulk orders.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Our store is closed on Mondays — Express orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Tuesday.
- During public holidays, Express and Same-Day Express orders will be dispatched on the next working day on a priority basis.
- Express Shipping availability may vary depending on delivery location.
Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.
- Average dispatch time: 1–3 business days.
- For Match Ready Service on English Willow Bats, please allow 2–5 business days.
- Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take longer.
- Courier delays or postal disruptions may occur and are beyond our control.
- For urgent deliveries, we recommend selecting Express Shipping (subject to location availability).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your delivery progress directly with the carrier.
