Returns / Cancellation Policy
Total Sports Australia is committed to providing a fair and reasonable return and refund policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
You are entitled to a refund, exchange, or credit if an item you purchased has a manufacturer’s fault, which includes:
- Does not fit the description
- Develops a major fault during its warranty period
- Is not fit for the purpose
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the description or sample
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for change of mind returns. The item must be:
- In new and unused condition
- In its original packaging with tags and labels attached
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
A store credit valid for 1 year will be issued for change of mind returns. Exceptions apply (see below).
Online Returns
For online purchases, please thoroughly check the goods upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
- Saleable Condition: Item must be in original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: Satisfactory proof of purchase required.
- Return Window: Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Return Postage: Buyer pays return postage and initial postage cost.
- Registered Post: Recommended to use registered post with signature on delivery.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Cricket Bats with marks or oil applied
- Cricket Nets & Bowling Machines are not eligible for Return on Change of Mind
- Compressions, Socks, abdominal guards, and abdominal briefs are not returned because of health & hygiene
- Sale & Clearance items will not be returned
- Customised Orders
- Freight Cost is not eligible for any sort of Refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit valid for 1 year. In rare and exceptional circumstances, monetary refunds may be provided with deductions for initial postage cost and processing fees.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply for debit/credit card, Paypal, Zip, and AfterPay payments.
- Domestic card transactions: 2% fee of the total transaction value
- International card transactions: 4.5% fee of the total transaction value (3% credit card surcharge + 1.5% currency conversion fee)
- Cancellation policy for Paypal payments – The customer will be charged 5% processing fee
- Cancellation policy for Zip & AfterPay payments – The customer will be charged 10% fee of the total transaction value plus 5% processing fee
Total Sports Australia is charged cancellation fee of the total transaction value by these (credit/debit cards and Zip/AfterPay) service providers. We reserve the right to discretion in case of any dispute.
